The costs listed by you do not depend on how many days you will be living in France.
As an owner you will have 3 main expenses:
- property tax. You will be told its size for each object. On average, this will be around 2000-3000 euros per year.
- residence tax. For non-residents, it is about the same order as real estate tax
- maintenance costs. If the house is not located in a closed complex, then the costs will depend on your personal desire / capabilities and possible items of expenses - the size of the garden, the availability of a pool, the type of heating, etc. For example: the average cost of a pool maintenance contract is about 2,000 euros.
If the house is on the territory of a complex, then the costs will depend on the infrastructure of this complex.
