On September 19, 2018, a law was passed in Turkey according to which any buyer of Turkish real estate in the amount of USD 250,000 or more can obtain Turkish citizenship through an accelerated procedure. The term of receipt is up to 6 months. Due to the pandemic and the reduced work of government agencies, the time frame may increase slightly.
