The plot can be 500 euros for 10 acres, and maybe 50,000 euros, it all depends on the location. When registering a plot, the tax, which is paid once, upon entering the property, will be taken once. We bought an apartment in Bulgaria two years ago. The house has the status of a housing estate. About 80% belongs to a Bulgarian company and is rented out in the summer.
