Of course, you can conclude a lease agreement remotely. In this case, the side of the lessor prints out the agreement that you have approved between yourself, signs it on its part and sends the original to you by courier service DHL or Pony Express. Other postal services do not currently deliver correspondence. Further, you sign the contract on your part and either send a scan of the signed contract, or, if necessary, send back the original using the same courier service.

We bought an apartment in Bulgaria two years ago. The house has the status of a housing estate. About 80% belongs to a Bulgarian company and is rented out in the summer.
