Good day. My husband and I bought a studio in St. Constantine and Helena. The apartment is for my husband, but I am on the list, bought in marriage. We signed the Marriage Agreement, then we got divorced. According to the marriage contract, the property in Bulgaria is transferred to me, my wife. The question is how, where and what is needed for this to do the re-registration of property.
