Good day! There are no restrictions or special conditions for citizens of Ukraine. Citizens of Ukraine, upon purchase, provide passports, if married, then a marriage certificate. If the document (for example, a marriage certificate) is only in Ukrainian, then a notarized translation into Estonian and an apostille of the document is needed.
