Good day! Both of these districts have complete infrastructure for living - hospitals, pharmacies, and large supermarkets. Herceg Novi is larger than Tivat. But Tivat is easier to get to from the airport, and Tivat is closer to other cities in Montenegro. Depends on what you are going to do in Montenegro and where to go. Therefore, it is better to choose on the spot, according to personal taste, in which of these cities to live. On my own behalf, I can add that these cities have excellent investment potential.
