Good afternoon, Svetlana! If you want to stay and continue to live in Turkey, you can apply for a residence permit on the basis of rental housing. While the process of issuing a new residence permit after the cancellation of the previous one is going on, you will have to pay a fine. If you decide to return to Ukraine for permanent residence, then you can continue to come to rest in Turkey after 90 days as a tourist or apply for a new residence permit.
