Hello, I am a citizen of Belarus, I am considering the option to purchase housing, for example, worth about 80 thousand euros. Is it possible to purchase a land plot for a foreigner to build a house? Can I apply for a visa at the embassy in order to go, choose an apartment?
Can I then, after purchasing an apartment, try to apply for a residence permit, and does a residence permit give the right to work for hire in Bulgaria? Thank you for the answers!

You can purchase a land plot for a legal entity, unfortunately it is not possible for an individual. You can apply for permanent residence if you have a reason, for example, you are a pensioner / representative office / investment, etc. Real estate does not provide a basis for obtaining a residence permit.
