Hello, I am a citizen of Belarus, I am considering the option to purchase housing, for example, worth about 80 thousand euros. Is it possible to purchase a land plot for a foreigner to build a house? Can I apply for a visa at the embassy in order to go, choose an apartment?
Can I then, after purchasing an apartment, try to apply for a residence permit, and does a residence permit give the right to work for hire in Bulgaria? Thank you for the answers!

You can purchase a land plot for a legal entity, unfortunately it is not possible for an individual. You can apply for permanent residence if you have a reason, for example, you are a pensioner / representative office / investment, etc. Real estate does not provide a basis for obtaining a residence permit. We bought an apartment in Bulgaria two years ago. The house has the status of a housing estate. About 80% belongs to a Bulgarian company and is rented out in the summer.
During all this time, the manager has not provided any documents for all our requests and refuses to accept the support fee only from us. They asked him many times to take a dachshund, he says then and so on for two years! And he tells the neighbors that we don't pay. What should I do and what is the threat of this situation?
