We want to come to Bulgaria, my wife and my child (5 years old) have a Ukrainian passport with biometrics, and my wife has a Ukrainian passport without biometrics. As I understand it, I and the child do not need visas, but what about the wife? Does she need to get a visa and which one?

BULGARIA. Property maintenance
We bought an apartment in Bulgaria two years ago. The house has the status of a housing estate. About 80% belongs to a Bulgarian company and is rented out in the summer.
During all this time, the manager has not provided any documents for all our requests and refuses to accept the support fee only from us. They asked him many times to take a dachshund, he says then and so on for two years! And he tells the neighbors that we don't pay. What should I do and what is the threat of this situation?

We, two pensioners from Israel, have a permanent residence permit in Bulgaria. Is it possible to get any kind of residence status in Bulgaria for our daughter (single, 46 years old), given that we need her help caring for us. Are there any exceptions to the general rules for family reasons?
