It does not matter on what basis the residence permit was obtained, the rules are general. It is enough to stay in Bulgaria for one day to extend a residence permit, but, in fact, you must submit documents two weeks before the expiration of the card. We just need to remember that days will not be enough for further permanent residence.

We bought an apartment in Bulgaria two years ago. The house has the status of a housing estate. About 80% belongs to a Bulgarian company and is rented out in the summer.
During all this time, the manager has not provided any documents for all our requests and refuses to accept the support fee only from us.
