When buying a property, you can get a tourist residence permit in any case, if the address of the object does not fall under the prohibited areas of obtaining a residence permit. When buying real estate from $ 75,000 (it is the market value that is taken into account during the mandatory examination of the apartment, and not the cadastral one), you can get a residence permit by tap and later apply for citizenship with permanent residence in Turkey for 5 years. But these cost restrictions apply only to one real estate object, that is, it is impossible to sum up several apartments to get into the $75,000 limit.

A month before the construction was completed, the realtor hurried us to get a tapu, saying prices then rise more expensive, etc.
The tapu was received, in the contract after receiving the tapu, the realtor is not involved, but the realtor gives feedback, always in touch.
1.5 years have passed, the house has been fully completed for a year, but there is no search.
