A mortgage loan in Poland can be obtained by any citizen, including a foreigner permanently residing in Poland, who has a residence permit (a visit card), until the end of which there are at least 8 months left and a stable official income in a Polish company. The amount of the loan is calculated from the amount of income, minus the subsistence minimum and family maintenance costs. The full calculation can be done on an individual consultation in the office.
