"In principle, it is possible to conclude contracts via Skype. As a result, the conclusion of the contract will take longer, the procedure will be somewhat more complicated and entails additional costs. Contracts must be sent by mail, and we will need to call customers several times via Skype (for identification, upon receipt of documents).
Clients must be identified at the initial stage via Skype (by showing their passports), only after that the actual conclusion of the contract can take place."
