It depends on how the issue of ownership/use of the parking space is settled. It depends on who is the owner of the land on which the parking space is located. It depends on what is written in the contract, whether the support agreement is signed before the notary and whether the support agreement is entered / entered in the records agency (agency for registration) at the location.
