The re-registration of property within the family takes place in this way: You instruct a lawyer to draw up a donation agreement for your husband. You can keep the right of usufruct for yourself, but you can also not keep it.
The lawyer will draw up a contract, submit it to the Land Administration, and then your husband will have to get permission from the State Administration to purchase real estate. It takes about 2 months.
Expenses:
- 1% of the price (estimated price) of the apartment - lawyer's services for the entire process
- 250 euros - lawyer's fee for actions related to obtaining permission from the State Administration
- 6600 forints - state fee to the land Administration
- 3600 forints - state fee for a document on ownership (requested by a lawyer)
- 1% of the price (estimated price) for the agency's services for full support of the process (translation of the contract into Russian, acting as an interpreter and a proxy for the transfer of correspondence)
There is no need to pay the fee and tax when giving to your spouse.
