It is legally possible to do this, but it should coincide with the desire of the owner of European real estate to purchase something in Russia, as well as with the fact that both parties to the transaction will be satisfied with the parameters of the exchanged objects + the form of an additional payment (the probability of finding 100% equivalent objects under such a scheme tends to zero).
