Good afternoon. Give me some advice. We invested in real estate during the construction phase in Turkey, in Mersin, but unfortunately we cannot pay the payments. How can I make a refund: our application does not give a real answer, we have been waiting for 9 months! We have sent numerous options to the AN and the stagnant, for listing: this is Raiffeisenbank - through Austria, Rosbank, Golden Crown, the method of Permutation.But no one gives answers and the amount has been hanging with the developer for 9 months. What should we do in this case? We can't fly in!

A month before the construction was completed, the realtor hurried us to get a tapu, saying prices then rise more expensive, etc.
The tapu was received, in the contract after receiving the tapu, the realtor is not involved, but the realtor gives feedback, always in touch.
1.5 years have passed, the house has been fully completed for a year, but there is no search.
