The apartment was bought from Ilkem Yapa and the translator was also from their organization. That's how it should be. I immediately contact the agency about the sale of the apartment, and AN says you can't make deals with such a tapu. I bought directly from the developer. Replacement of tapu now costs 4000 liras + state duty + translator. What to do?
