I wanted to clarify with practicing realtors: the developer is obliged to us under the contract of sale, to return the amount minus 20% back in May (for objective reasons, we will not be able to repay payments for the purchase of an apartment in a building under construction until December 24). So far, he has not listed it, he has not responded to our requests for 5 months. We have provided him with many valid options for transfer to the Russian Federation! We cannot come to Turkey. Tell me: through which banks is it possible to transfer money from Turkey to the Russian Federation?

Good afternoon, Nadezhda! If you have questions about transferring money to the Russian Federation, it is better to contact the agency where you bought the property. From practice, I can say that refunds to the buyer have always been made only to Turkish bank accounts.
