Will my residence permit be cancelled as soon as my studies end (that is, in October)? Good afternoon! You have a residence permit until December 2024 and it can only be canceled if there is a check or if the language courses inform the migration service about the end of your studies (but this also takes time), so you can get married in time and make an extension in December already according to the family status!

We bought an apartment in Avsalar 3 years ago through one of the "best" agencies, construction was completed 1.5 years ago, but the house was not commissioned, there is no search. A month before the construction was completed, the realtor hurried us to get a tapu, saying prices then rise more expensive, etc.
The tapu was received, in the contract after receiving the tapu, the realtor is not involved, but the realtor gives feedback, always in touch.
