Apartment residence permit
Svetlana Khromova asks:
I'm from Ukraine. I am currently in Switzerland, have S status here (temporary protection status as a refugee) and will be here until the end of the war. Question. If I plan to buy an apartment in Montenegro for housing and living in the future, what about the documents if the package when buying a property indicates that a tourist visa is required when buying? Or maybe my S status is suitable? Sincerely, Svetlana

Ukrainians do not need a visa to enter Montenegro. You can stay in the country for up to 90 days without leaving, without registering anything. When buying a property, you will receive the right to obtain a residence permit, on the basis of which you will be able to stay in the country for a longer period.

MONTENEGRO. The purchase procedure
Hello! How to determine whether a 5-storey building is legalized if nema dozvolu is written in the list of non-secrecy near several apartments? Does this mean that all other apartments are not legalized? How do I find out if there are chances of legalization? Where can I check it?

MONTENEGRO. Other issues
Good afternoon. When she got married, she changed her surname, while the apartment in Montenegro was issued with her maiden name. What documents are needed to reissue the non-secrecy sheet to a new surname (I am in the Russian Federation, a citizen of the Russian Federation). Thanks

Good afternoon. I have a residence permit for the company, I want to apply for a residence permit for real estate. Will I need to leave the country? And advise higher authorities where to complain about the cadastre (they do not issue certificates of ownership for more than six months after purchase)
