Good afternoon! The following documents are required to arrange a donation agreement:
1. The original consent from the spouse to donate real estate, as well as a translation of the document into Serbian from a licensed translator.
2. The original birth certificate with a translation of the document into Serbian from a licensed translator
3. The father's passport and a copy of the daughter's passport.
10 days to make an appointment with a notary to sign a donation agreement is sufficient if the above documents are available. The personal presence of only the father is necessary.
