You can order the service from the Turkish bank Avtoplatezh and the payment for the idat will be debited from your account automatically.
If you are trying to make a payment from a bank abroad, ask the management company of your complex to provide an invoice or at least complete payment details.
For now, you can only pay the tax in person, and it is not necessary for you to do so yourself. Any person can pay the tax for you at the local administration.
