There are several reasons for this:
1 the first coastal no longer becomes
2 tourists want to go to the sea to see the sea
3 in resort areas, the operation of an apartment is 2.5 times shorter in terms of time and generates more income than an apartment in the city.
4 liquidity in the secondary market
5 the cost of living on the 1st beregovaya is higher than on the following ones.
