Dear Zhanna,

If a Russian citizen also holds a second citizenship (dual nationality) from a country that is not subject to the restriction, they may be able to apply using that second passport,
Examples:

✅ Russian + Armenian passport → may be eligible to apply using the Armenian passport.
✅ Russian + Israeli passport → may be eligible to apply using the Israeli passport.
✅ Russian + Serbian passport → may be eligible to apply using the Serbian passport.
❌ Russian passport only → not eligible for a new Greek Golden Visa application under the current rules.
