Hello, and sorry for the late reply. The age limit is 70 years. Credit in Turkey is usually give for 5 years. So basically You can get one. I would recommend that You negotiate with the Builder on domestic lending, i.e. receive interest installments for the same period without Bank red tape and additional costs for a loan or for a shorter period 1-2 years interest free installments for the purchase of property.
