Good afternoon. My husband's aunt died in Lithuania, and he has a will for an apartment. How to apply for inheritance, how to enter into the right of inheritance if Lithuania does not open a visa? And in general, citizens of the Russian Federation can take ownership of real estate? We will be grateful for an informative answer, because the neighbors said that we only have 3 months to apply.

Please explain: when buying an apartment in Vilnius, does ownership transfer to a Russian buyer, or are there government restrictions? Why do they say that it is better to buy for a company rather than for an individual?

Is it possible to apply for a residence permit after buying an apartment (90k euros) in Lithuania for a couple in which one spouse is already retired? We live in Israel ourselves.
