In addition to hotels, the architecture of Ravda is represented by private houses and low-rise residential complexes. In comparison with other seaside resorts in Bulgaria, real estate prices in Ravda are among the most affordable – about 650 euros per 1 sq. m.
Ravda real estate is one of the cheapest on the Black Sea coast of Bulgaria.
Due to the devaluation of the ruble, the number of real estate transactions in Bulgarian seaside resorts with the participation of Russians has sharply decreased. It is best to enter the commercial real estate market with a budget of 1 million euros – for this price you can buy an existing hotel on the coast.
