Ravda. General information about the market
Ravda is a small resort village on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. Basically, the resort and the entire infrastructure are focused on the recreation of children, students and youth. There is a well-developed sports base here, and the local beaches are absolutely safe. The distinctive features of the resort are a calm atmosphere, a large number of sunny days and a sandy beach with a gentle entrance into the water.
In addition to hotels, the architecture of Ravda is represented by private houses and low-rise residential complexes. In comparison with other seaside resorts in Bulgaria, real estate prices in Ravda are among the most affordable – about 650 euros per 1 sq. m.
Ravda real estate is one of the cheapest on the Black Sea coast of Bulgaria.
Due to the devaluation of the ruble, the number of real estate transactions in Bulgarian seaside resorts with the participation of Russians has sharply decreased. The decline in consumer activity has not spared Ravda either - according to the results of the first half of 2015, the volume of transactions with the resort decreased by a quarter.
