Bar. General information about the market
City Bar with a population of about 14 thousand people is located on the Adriatic coast. It is the main commercial port of Montenegro and an economic, educational, tourist center with well-developed infrastructure and transport links. Every year, international festivals and festive fairs are held here. Bar, unlike Budva, Kotor and Herceg Novi, is not considered a full-fledged resort, but this has its advantage - life here does not depend on the tourist season, the city can live all year round.
Buying a property in the Bar is a very profitable investment. Apartments and houses here are lower than in Budva or Kotor. Foreigners prefer to buy housing with a view of the sea, the cost of which starts from 90 000 euros. Especially popular is the construction and purchase of houses on the Barskaya Riviera. The price of an ordinary two-storey house with an area of 105 sq.m - from 115 000 euros, while a mansion with a panoramic view can be bought for 170 000 euros.
