Budva. General information about the market

Budva is one of the best Mediterranean resorts with a mild climate, beautiful sea and mountain landscapes, an abundance of fresh food, full of cultural life. The city is located 20 km from Tivat airport and 90 km from Podgorica. Budva is considered the main tourist capital, where annually foreigners come to rest, improve their health and enjoy the beauty of the Adriatic coast. The social infrastructure is well developed: in every district of the city there are schools, polyclinics, banks, cafes and markets, many of which work all year round. This region is very popular among residents of Russia and the CIS due to the availability of schools, hospitals and a shopping center for the Russian-speaking population. The absence of a serious language barrier makes Budva comfortable for Russians to live.

The real estate market of Budva is considered the most popular among foreigners in Montenegro. At the same time, despite the prestige of the region, you can find accommodation at an affordable price. The cost of 1 square meter in a new building is 1200-1300 euros, "secondary housing" - up to 1100 euros. Prices for apartments and houses depend on the location and condition of residential properties. The most expensive apartments are located in the Old Town, on the first and second coast lines.
