Jurmala. General information about the market
The famous resort of Jurmala is the most popular destination of Latvia for the purchase of housing among Russians. According to the number of requests to purchase property Jurmala is well ahead of the country's capital - Riga. It is here, on the Riga coast, are located the homes of many Russian stars of show business.
The most prestigious area of Jurmala are Majori, Bulduri and Dzintari and district street Kapu - local "ruble". The cost of apartments in which varies from 3500 to 5000 euros per square meter.
