Located in the heart of the Alps – Switzerland the majority of Russians associate with stability, reliability and impeccable quality. Swiss watches, Swiss banks have become a byword. The same can be said about the real estate market of the country.

The Swiss housing market is characterized by stability and absence of sharp price changes. Property prices are steadily rising on average by 1-3% per year. From 1998 to 2011 the cost of housing in condominiums in the country grew by 56%, and the cost of detached houses – 37%. It is noteworthy that the growth of housing prices was observed even during the global financial crisis.

While the Swiss market is one of the most closed and expensive in the world.
