Costa Blanca. General information about the market

The Sunny coast of the Costa Blanca is very popular among our countrymen – because it has the longest swimming season among other coasts of mainland Spain and housing prices relative to other regions of the country below.

The proposal now exceeds demand, and sellers willing to reduce prices, so many buyers of second homes tend not to miss the opportunity to buy an apartment or Villa at a discount.

As for the cost objects, it is lower than, for example, on the Costa del Sol. The Northern and southern parts of the Costa Blanca differ not only natural landscapes, but also the value of the property. Similar facilities in the resorts in the Northern part of the coast are about 10-20% more expensive than in the South. In the North the most popular to buy apartments and villas in the resorts of Altea, Calpe, Javea and Moraira you can find a lot of offers luxurious facilities.
