Alanya (or Alanya) is a city and the same name on the Mediterranean coast of Turkey. One of the most budget and popular destinations in the region is Mahmutlar . The studio costs from € 30 000, and the one-bedroom apartment 100 m from the sea can be purchased for € 35 000.

In the districts of Kestel , Tosmur and Ob, the cost of apartments starts from € 30,000. Of these areas, the most developed infrastructure and a comfortable beach is in Tosmur.

In the Cikcilli area, chosen by Europeans, the minimum price for a one-bedroom apartment is € 50,000. Here the prices are approximately the same in both the primary market and among the non-residential secondary market housing stock.

The most prestigious areas with the most expensive real estate are the beaches of Cleopatra and Damlata. It is dominated by houses 15-20 years ago, the cost of an apartment in the secondary market starts from € 100,000.
