The Overseas Property exhibition Baku Expo was held at the Hilton
The first overseas property only dedicated exhibition Baku Overseas Property Expo 2016 took part on 5–6th of October in Azerbaijan capitol in Hilton hotel. The appearance of such specific expo is the logical reflection of last years’ tendency: Azerbaijanians are showing more and more interest in investments to properties abroad.
There were companies from countries of Mediterranean region and West Europe on the Show: Sonmez Real Estate & Construction (Turkey), Austria Real GmbH (Austria), ILAND Co (Cyprus), Property Collection (France), Blackwood Property Management (Portugal, UK), Myra Properties (North Cyprus), Berkeley Group (UK).
During two exhibitions’ days foreign participants met professionals of Azerbaijan real estate market, buyers and investors and presented them their best offers, told about the process of purchasing real estate in their countries, investment profits, ways for getting residence permit and other nuances interesting to the expo visitors. The choice of Hilton Hotel as a place for Baku Overseas Property Expo helped to create private and comfortable atmosphere for business meetings.
Within a framework of exhibition, a unique for local market Round Table took place, during which the professionals of Azerbaijan real estate marked shared their experience concerning peculiarities of local market, local buyers’ set of mind and answered participants’ questions.
