At the beginning of 2020, businessman Roman Abramovich acquired a villa on Nasi Ben Zvi 93-95 in Herzliya Pituach, paying for it a record for Israel 226 million shekels (about 65 million dollars).

The seller of the villa is Alan Howard, the owner of one of the world's largest hedge funds Brevan Howard, who bought it in 2006 from Lenny Recanati for $ 9 million and invested tens of millions of dollars in its expansion.

For two years, Howard tried to sell it for $ 100 million, and a year ago he leased it to Abramovich with a sale option, which was implemented.

The area of the villa is 9500 sq. Meters. Four land plots were combined to create it.

There are two houses on the territory, designed by the architect Orly Sharm - the main building with an area of 2000 sq.m. and guest area of 1000 sq.m. Also, the villa has a tennis court, a pool with a hydraulic bottom, which can be raised and turned into a platform for events, basement floor.

This is the third property purchased by Abramovich in Israel. In 2015, he acquired a plot on Shabazi-11 Street in the Tel Aviv Neve Tzedek quarter, part of which is the historical building of the Versano Hotel, and in 2019 the Byte Magen building on Shenkar-2 in Tel Aviv .
