According to a document published by the telegram channel "Citizen of the World", Antigua and Barbuda has again suspended the acceptance of applications for state passports for investments from citizens of Russia and Belarus.
The program for granting investment citizenship to Russians and Belarusians was already closed in March of this year, but, in accordance with the memorandum of the government of the country dated July 8, 2022, was resumed.
Applications for participation in the program from citizens of Ukraine are also not accepted due to the inability in the current circumstances to qualitatively check candidates for reliability.
Thus, Grenada remains the only Caribbean country that considers applications for "golden passports" from Russians and Belarusians.
