Bulgaria - once again the leader in demand for purchase and rental housing - the number of requests received by advertisers portal HomesOverseas.ru it identified Spain, which for 9 months held the lead on this indicator.
From April to June 2016 Bulgaria has received 21% of the total number of online applications for the purchase and lease of property, sent to portal visitors. Spain collected a little less - 18%. Recall that in the previous quarter, the share of Spain and Bulgaria had 19 and 14% of requests, respectively.
Montenegro and Cyprus have collected 10% of the requests, taking as a result of the 3rd and 4th place in the ranking.
At the 5 th place I moved to Italy, where interest in foreign real estate buyers in Russia continues unabated in recent years. But Germany and the Czech Republic, on the other hand, a bit lost in their positions.
On the 6 th place from the 9th to Turkey rose. Despite the fact that in recent months, relations between Russia and Turkey have been strained, interest in buying Turkish real estate remained quite substantial. In the first half, it was maintained mainly due to the Russian-speaking customers from the CIS countries and Ukraine, however, due to the sharp "warming" in the Russian-Turkish relations can be expected to increase the number of requests on the part of the Russians.
