Bulgarian property prices continue to decline, although not as much as a year ago - said in an Internet portal report Global Property Guide . In particular, in the third quarter, the average price of apartments fell by 6% compared with the third quarter last year. At the same time, 6 of the 27 provinces of the country, for the third quarter of the price, on the contrary, grew at an annual rate. In the capital of Bulgaria - Sofia, prices for apartments decreased by 2.9%, but relative to the second quarter of this year they increased by 2.2%. Now the average cost per square meter in Sofia is 815 euros. Overall, the average price of real estate in Bulgaria is now 32% below the peak performance two years ago. This fall was preceded by a boom period, which began in the year 2000, during which the Bulgarian property prices have tripled.
