According to the Central Bank, commercial real estate prices in Turkey continued to rise in 2025, increasing by 30.9% year-on-year, which corresponds to the rate of inflation. Adjusted for inflation, they decreased by 0.5%.
The price index for retail space increased in the 4th quarter by 8.5% compared to the previous quarter and by 31.0% compared to the same period last year, however, there was no growth after adjusting for inflation.
The price index for office real estate rose by 5.7% in the 4th quarter and by 30.5% year-on-year, but in real terms a decrease of 0.8% was recorded.
The Turkish Residential Property Price Index (RPPI) rose by 29% year-on-year in December, while adjusted for inflation, it decreased by 1.4%.
