Prices for resort properties on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast increased in 2024, in some places the increase reached almost 30%.
Holiday homes, according to realtors interviewed by the Bulgarian edition of Money, are catching up with urban real estate in terms of value.
In Sozopol, in areas where construction is underway today, prices are already in the range of 1,900-2,200 euros per square meter. They even reach up to 2,800 euros per sq. m. However, this is still about 20-30% lower compared to the prices for quality housing in Sofia.
Real estate prices in new buildings in some Black Sea resorts of Bulgaria:
- Sozopol - 1900-2500 euros per square meter
- The omoria is 1,500 euros per square meter
- Sveti Vlas -1200-1800 euros per square meter
- Sunny Beach - 1200-2400 euros per square meter
- Tsarevo 1300 1800 euros per square meter
