Property prices in Bulgaria grow the third quarter in a row

Property prices in Bulgaria increased annual third quarter of 2014 of 1.6%, the website of Bulgarian properties with reference to the National Statistics Institute. During the third quarter of 2014, the pace of growth in property prices has slowed somewhat, but for three quarters of the year growth stable at 1.5% of the national average and 4% in Sofia. Compared with the previous quarter, property prices in the capital rose to + 0.84%. The rise in prices was recorded in all major cities of the country. In the third quarter according to Statistics Institute, the average cost of real estate in Sofia amounted to 760 euros per square meter, in Varna - 705 euros per square meter, in Burgas - 586 euros per square meter, in Veliko Tarnovo - 373 EUR per sq.m.
