Property prices in Bulgaria increased annual third quarter of 2014 of 1.6%, the website of Bulgarian properties with reference to the National Statistics Institute. Thus, prices in the country rose for the third consecutive quarter. During the third quarter of 2014, the pace of growth in property prices has slowed somewhat, but for three quarters of the year growth stable at 1.5% of the national average and 4% in Sofia. Positive trends in the real estate market most noticeable in Sofia. Real estate prices in the capital rose the fifth consecutive quarter in real terms by 4%. Compared with the previous quarter, property prices in the capital rose to + 0.84%. The rise in prices was recorded in all major cities of the country. In the third quarter according to Statistics Institute, the average cost of real estate in Sofia amounted to 760 euros per square meter, in Varna - 705 euros per square meter, in Burgas - 586 euros per square meter, in Veliko Tarnovo - 373 EUR per sq.m. In the third quarter of 2014, real estate prices in Bulgaria as a whole did not change. At the same time, a slight increase in prices by 1% occurred in the Black Sea cities of Burgas and Varna, as well as in the Bulgarian capital Sofia.
