According to official statistics, real estate prices in Norway rose on average by 3.8% in the second quarter of 2014 compared to the same period of 2013. Compared with the previous quarter, prices rose 1.4% in the second quarter, 2014. Prices for detached houses were 1.9% higher than in 2013 year. The maximum increase recorded in Trondheim and Northern Norway - 4.2% and 4%, respectively. The only regions where the decrease was recorded - Stavanger, Agder and Rogaland HomesOverseas.ru
