Finished real estate as a whole rose in price by 2.3% compared to the 4th quarter of 2025. At the same time, apartments increased in price by 3.2%, while private houses increased by only 0.9%. Interestingly, the most noticeable rise in this segment was noted in Maribor (+5.5%), while in the capital Ljubljana, prices for second homes, on the contrary, decreased slightly (0.3%).
Housing in new buildings showed even more steady quarterly growth of 6.9%. New apartments added 7.3%, new private houses 5.0%. This indicates continued demand in the primary market, despite higher prices.
The total value of all residential real estate sold in the 1st quarter amounted to 499.4 million euros. 2,512 objects were sold on the secondary market, which corresponds to the average level of the previous year. Their total cost reached 474.7 million euros.
