In the first quarter of 2013, the value of residential real estate in Slovenia rose by 0.7% compared with the previous quarter, according to the online source Balkans.com citing statistics. New housing in the country for this period has risen in price by an average of 3.8%, but for new apartments and houses varied price increases - the cost of apartments in new buildings has risen faster than individual homes. Housing on the secondary market has fallen in price in Slovenia for the first three months of 2012 by 0.7%. And the cost of individual houses during this period fell by 4.8%.
