The Real Estate Department of Montenegro has implemented a digital service that allows you to receive extracts from the cadastre (list nepokretosti, posjedovni list), indicating ownership, completely remotely. Now, to obtain a legally significant document, you do not need to visit local offices - everything can be done online at any time of the day.
Access to the system is secured using an identity card and the national electronic identification system NS eID, which guarantees the security of personal data. The history of all previous requests is also saved in the personal account, allowing you to re-download previously received documents if necessary.
