Among the four largest provinces of Turkey in Ankara recorded the highest annual increase in housing prices.In the capital, nominal growth was 37.1%, while real growth was 3%.
In In Istanbul, real estate prices increased by 29.8% in nominal terms, but decreased by 2.4% in real terms.
Nominal house price growth in Izmir amounted to 27.8%, although the real value decreased by 3.9%.
In Bursa nominal prices for apartments and houses increased by 27%, but in real terms fell by 4.6%.
