A residential complex with its own marina Durrës Yachts & Marina is being built in the port city of Durres in Albania. In July, sales started in the new Parkpoint house on the territory of the complex, the construction of which has not yet begun. The cost of apartments: from 2000 to 3000 euros per sq. m. In the first buildings of the project, which went on sale earlier, real estate was 7-21% cheaper.
Today the apartment is 1+1 with an area of 60 sq. m. m in Parkpoint costs from 120,000 euros to 180,000 euros, and 2+1 apartments with an area of 90 sq.m. m will cost from 180,000 to 266,000 euros.
There are 13,000 apartments planned in the multifunctional Durrës Yachts & Marina complex (4000 – the first stage and about 8600 – the second). In addition, several hotels with a total of 850 rooms will be built. There are 280 berths for yachts. 93% of the projected area will be allocated to housing, and 3.5% to hotels and commercial premises.
Durrës Yachts &Marina is a joint initiative of the Albanian government (controls 33%) and two companies from the United Arab Emirates. The latter jointly control 67% of the project.
