The average cost of secondary housing in the capital of Serbia, according to the Republican Geodetic Service, is 2,190 euros per square meter, and housing in new buildings is 2,434 euros per square meter.
The most expensive offers in the city – in the new complex «Belgrade on the Water» (Belgrade Waterfront). An apartment was recently sold here for 955,000 euros. This is a record for the Serbian capital.
Affordable housing can be found in the municipality of Rakovica. Prices on the secondary market in this area range on average from 1,785 to 2,373 euros per square meter, but there are cheaper options. Apartments in new buildings are more expensive from 1,500 to 2,900 euros per sq. m
Another inexpensive area of Chukaritsa: 1950 euros per square meter in non-residential buildings and 2805 euros per square meter in new buildings.
The budget also includes Bars (up to 1000 euros per sq. m. m on the secondary market, but investments in repairs will be required), Mladenovac (about 1200 euros per sq. m.).
